Appointment Cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting the clinic at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Refund Policy

Consultation fees and treatment charges are generally non-refundable once services have been provided. Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by clinic management.

Treatment Packages

Refund eligibility for treatment packages will depend upon services already utilized.
